EDAA - RECREATIONAL DANCE PROGRAMS

Our recreational classes are FUN and FLEXIBLE. These classes are offered for children, teenagers and adults who are new to dance or would like an additional extra curricular activity after school without the responsibilities of regular rehearsals and performances. Classes offered for recreational students are Ballet, Modern, Contemporary, Jazz, or Acro/Tumbling. (If you register for one recreational class its offered 3-4 times a month)

NO PERFORMANCE FEES FOR RECREATIONAL STUDENTS

We strongly encourage our recreational dancers to perform in our opening and or closing acts for recitals. However, the decision is solely up to the dancer and their parents.

DANCING HEARTS PreSchool Membership Program

We are offering various preschool class curriculums. Preschoolers will attend classes Tuesdays, Thursdays OR Saturdays. Our preschool classes are for ages 3-6. Tuesdays and Saturdays we offer ballet,creative movement, and tap for ages 3-6. Thursdays we provide jazz/hiphop classes for ages 5-6. All 3 of these classes are performance driven therefore will be featured in our academy concerts.

Note: We also allow the option to include one of our acro/tumbling classes on Tuesday 530-615pm or Saturday 11-1145am. These classes are skill/enrichment focused only so there will not be a concert performance for this class in your package.

Journey Pre Academy

The Pre-Academy curriculum focuses on developing students who want to build their skill level in one genre as well as those who may not be able to commit to the more demanding Academy training schedule.

Spirit Academy 1 (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced)

Required 2-3 classes per week. Ballet and modern are required for all levels the third class will be considered an elective of the student’s choice, such as skills, jazz/hiphop, acro/tumbling, musical theater dance, voice and acting. Price: $178 per month

Spirit Academy II

Required 3-4 classes per week. Ballet,modern, jazz or musical theater is a requirement for all level 2. The remaining class will be considered electives of the student’s choice, such as skills, jazz/hiphop, musical theater.
